What we actually run

Red Gate’s public site (redgateranchandhome.com, HTTP 200 this nest) is Notice-Proof Parcel Steward at $499/mo, checkout not live. That is how we dogfood a proof-shaped loop. It is not a paying Props SaaS customer and not a testimonial. CRM proposals at $199 exist; none are won.

FAQ

Is checkout live?

No. Both catalog drafts — props-dispatch-proof $199 and props-operator-addon $99 — are recorded checkoutLive=false. Email the waitlist. We invoice after a fit call if it belongs.

Do I need Operator Seat?

No for the $199 crew SKU. The $99 add-on is only for companies that already sit on Operator Seat ($999/mo digital ops). Do not buy a $999 “Operator add-on to Props” — that packing is retired on this page.

Are worker phones extra seats?

No. A crew is one concurrent field team. Phones on that crew are included. A second truck that takes jobs at the same time is a second crew.

Do you do licensed trades?

The buyer stays the licensed professional if any. This software does not replace a license, and we do not sell plumbing/electrical/HVAC compliance.
